Deleting a label

Overview:

Delete one of your private labels.

Getting started: If you’re not already viewing your labels, first click on the Labels tab.

Delete a private label:

1. Select the label you'd like to delete, and then click the Delete label button.
   

   Note: You can only delete a private label under the My Labels heading. You cannot delete public labels since they are used across the organization. If a public label needs to be removed, please contact your Creovai admin.

2. A pop-up appears to confirm that you want to delete the private label. Click the Delete button to confirm the deletion.
   
   Please be aware that deleting a private label cannot be undone.
