Requesting a new agent source

Overview:

Request a new agent source in Creovai.

Required:You must be a Creovai admin to perform this task.

Request an agent source:

1. At the top of this article, click the Submit a request button.
   
   

   Tip: If you don't see the button, click on the  View full size   icon. The button will appear on the left hand side of the screen below the Creovai logo.

2. Fill out the Submit a request form with your request information. An example of how the form should be filled out is shown below.

3. Once you have filled out the form, click the Submit button.
