Assigning agents to an agent source

Assign agents to an agent source.

Required:You must be a Creovai admin to perform this task.

Assign agents to an agent source:

1. If you're not already viewing the Agent sources page, do the following:
   
   a) Click the Settings option in your user menu.
   b) Click the Agent sources option in the Admin menu on the left.

2. Click on the agent source row in the Agent sources list.

3. Click on the Add lookup button in the upper right hand corner.

4. In the pop-up, do the following:
   
   a) Add an extension, phone number or MAC address in the Lookup key field.
   b) For the Agent field, enter the agent's name and then select the agent in the results displayed below the field.

5. Click the Save button.

6. A pop-up will appear to confirm you are authorized to do this task. Enter your login information and then click the Authorize button.

   Tip: If you have multiple agents to assign, repeat steps 3-5 until all agents have been added.
