Exclude filter criteria from results

Overview

Creovai’s filtering options allow you to quickly find the types of interactions that you’re looking for. Selecting filter criteria narrows down the results to only interactions that meet the criteria that you selected.

To remove interactions that meet the criteria you selected, you can choose to exclude certain filter criteria.


Exclude categories

To exclude interactions that hit for a specified category, select that category from the filters list. Then, use the carat to exclude that category from results.


Exclude custom fields

Text-based custom fields:
To exclude text-based custom fields, specify a field from the filters list. Then, use the carat to exclude that field from results.

Numeric custom fields:
To exclude numeric custom fields, choose the Not equal to option when specifying the value.

Date and time custom fields:
To exclude date and time custom fields, specify the date and/or time, then check the box below to exclude from results.

Exclude scores

To exclude interactions that were scored as a specified value, choose the Not equal to option when entering the value.

Exclude evaluations

Completed evaluations:
To exclude interactions with a completed evaluation, specify the evaluation and then choose the Not completed option from the dropdown menu.
