Edit an agent group

Overview:

Edit an agent group's name or type.

Required:You must be a Creovai admin to perform this task.

Edit an agent group:

1. If you're not already viewing the Agent groups page, do the following:
   
   a) Click the Settings option in your user menu.
   b) Click the Agent groups option in the Admin menu on the left.

2. Click on the agent group row in the Agent groups list.

3. Click the Edit link to the right of the Agent group name.

4. Modify the Group name and Group type as needed. Then click the Save button.

5. A pop-up will appear to confirm you are authorized to do this task. Enter your sign in information and then click the Authorize button.
