Edit a user profile

Overview:

Edit an existing user's profile. Change a user's information, configure roles and user group visibility, send a password reset, and more.

Required:You must be a Creovai account admin to perform this task.

Edit an existing user:

Navigate to the users list using the account menu:
Select which user profile you'd like to edit from the Users list.

Tip: If you're having trouble finding the user in a long list, you can try a user search.
Modify the user's information as needed. Then click the Save button.

Warning: If you are editing the username, please be aware that any direct mentions to the old username will be lost.
A pop-up will appear to confirm you are authorized to do this task. Enter your login information and then click the Authorize button.
